Quick answer: Mykonos Glitch and Mykonos Reflection are both moderate citrus extraits for summer, daily wear and work, and they share bergamot, grapefruit, lily of the valley, patchouli and musk. Glitch is the fruitier, more unconventional one, with apple, charred pineapple, lavender, pink pepper and vanilla, and Mykonos rates it strong for sillage and projection. Reflection is cleaner and cooler, with ginger, marine notes and cardamom over amber and ambroxan, and it is unisex.
Mykonos Glitch vs Reflection sets two different kinds of summer citrus side by side. Glitch is the Mykonos collaboration with SetiawanAde, and its full name is Mykonos x SetiawanAde Glitch; Mykonos calls it bright and unconventional. Reflection is one of the most reviewed citrus scents in the range, described as clean, confident and elegant. On paper they belong to the same family, but they have very different personalities. At the time of writing, Reflection has 62 reviews averaging 4.52 out of 5, and Glitch 5 reviews averaging 5.0. We sell both, so we are not here to push either one, and a note list is only a guide to how a perfume will wear on your skin.
What they have in common
Five named notes appear in both pyramids: bergamot (Sicilian bergamot in Glitch) and grapefruit at the top, lily of the valley in the heart, and patchouli and musk in the base. Both sit in the citrus family, and the Mykonos accord for each includes "fresh spicy". Both are extraits with a moderate intensity rating, both are listed for summer and tagged for daily wear and work, and both come in 50 ml and 100 ml.
They do not share an inspiration. Mykonos Glitch is inspired by Roja Elysium and Creed Aventus, and Mykonos Reflection is inspired by Louis Vuitton Symphony. For what those lines do and do not tell you, see what "inspired by" means on a perfume.

The opening: fruit or zest
Both open with bergamot and grapefruit. Glitch adds apple and charred pineapple, so it starts fruity, with a darker, toasted edge to the pineapple. Reflection adds ginger instead and stays zesty and clean. If pineapple in perfume interests you, our pineapple and mango perfume guide goes into it.
The heart: herbs and pepper, or sea air
Lily of the valley is in both hearts, but it is surrounded by very different notes. Glitch builds a busy heart of lavender, artemisia, pink pepper, dried jasmine and vanilla: aromatic, peppery and already a little sweet. Reflection keeps it to marine notes and cardamom, which read cool and airy.
The base: vanilla or amber
Both bases have patchouli and musk. Glitch adds vanilla, which it also lists in the heart, so its drydown is soft and slightly sweet. Reflection adds amber and ambroxan for what Mykonos calls a skin-like, refined trail.
Where they differ
- Fruit. Glitch has apple and charred pineapple; Reflection has no fruit beyond its citrus.
- Sweetness. Vanilla runs through Glitch's heart and base. Reflection has none, which keeps it drier and cleaner.
- Herbs or sea air. Lavender and artemisia make Glitch aromatic; marine notes make Reflection feel like a sea breeze.
- Presence. Glitch is rated strong for sillage and projection with 12+ hours; Reflection moderate to strong with 10+ hours. Both are moderate on the intensity scale.
- Occasions, season, audience. Glitch is tagged for sport and listed for summer and for him. Reflection is tagged for evenings, listed from spring to autumn, and unisex.

Wearing Glitch and Reflection
Both come in 50 ml and 100 ml. Glitch carries further, so one or two sprays is enough, and one before the gym. Reflection can take two or three. Glitch has an official layering partner, Mykonos Inferno, in the combo Mykonos calls Smoked Pineapple, which leans into the pineapple and adds warm spice.
