Yes. This is the official Mykonos store for customers in Europe. Mykonos is an Indonesian perfume brand with a simple motto: Born in Indonesia. Built for the world. You can read more about the brand in our story.
Where are Mykonos perfumes made?
Mykonos perfumes are produced locally in Indonesia, the country where the brand was born.
Are Mykonos perfumes tested on animals?
No. Mykonos perfumes are not tested on animals.

What is the difference between Extrait de Parfum and Eau de Parfum?
The difference is the concentration of perfume oil. Extrait de Parfum is the most concentrated form of fragrance: rich, smooth and close to the skin. Eau de Parfum contains a lower share of perfume oil and feels a little lighter and airier. The concentration is stated on every product page. You can browse by concentration in the Extrait de Parfum and Eau de Parfum collections.
How long does a Mykonos perfume last on the skin?
Mykonos perfumes are composed with long-lasting formulas. How long a scent stays noticeable differs from person to person: skin type, temperature, humidity and the amount you apply all play a part. Perfume generally lasts longer on moisturised skin and on pulse points such as the wrists and the neck. Base notes like musk, amber, woods and vanilla are the ones that stay the longest.
Are the perfumes suitable for sensitive skin?
Mykonos formulates its perfumes with skin-safe ingredients. Every skin is different, however. If you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, check the ingredient list on the packaging and try the perfume on a small area first. Do not apply perfume to irritated or damaged skin, and stop using it if irritation occurs.
Are the perfumes for women, for men or unisex?
All three. The collection includes perfumes for her, for him and unisex scents made to be shared. The labels are suggestions rather than rules: wear what feels right on you.
How do I choose a perfume without smelling it first?

Should I choose 50 ml or 100 ml?
The 50 ml bottle is compact, easy to travel with and a natural way to get to know a scent. The 100 ml bottle suits the perfume you already know you will wear every day. The sizes available for each perfume are shown on the product page.
How should I store my perfume?
Keep the bottle in a cool, dry and dark place, preferably in its box, with the cap on. Avoid direct sunlight, heat and humid rooms such as the bathroom. Stored this way, a perfume keeps its character for much longer.
Orders, shipping and returns
Where do you ship, what does shipping cost and when will my order arrive?
All information about delivery areas, shipping costs and delivery is set out in our Shipping Policy. Because perfume contains alcohol, special transport rules apply, and not every destination or shipping service may be available.
Can I return my order?
Yes. As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. There is one important exception: for reasons of health protection and hygiene, a sealed perfume can no longer be returned under the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken after delivery. Opening the outer shipping parcel does not count as breaking the seal. The full conditions and the steps to follow are in our Refund Policy.
This exception only concerns the right of withdrawal. If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please get in touch through the contact page as soon as you can and mention your order number. Your statutory rights in that case are explained in the same policy.
