Quick answer: Mykonos Glitch smells of bright citrus and smoky-sweet pineapple over a herbal, peppery heart. The top is Sicilian bergamot, apple, grapefruit and charred pineapple; the heart is lavender, artemisia, lily of the valley, pink pepper, vanilla and dried jasmine; the base is patchouli, vanilla and musk. Fruity first, aromatic in the middle, earthy and softly sweet at the end.
The Mykonos Glitch notes make a longer list than most: thirteen entries over three layers, with vanilla named twice. Fruit, herbs, flowers, spice and patchouli share one bottle, so what does Glitch smell like in practice? This guide sorts the pyramid into four ideas: citrus, charred pineapple, an aromatic heart and a vanilla-and-patchouli base. Glitch is a collaboration between Mykonos and SetiawanAde. We are an authorized Mykonos retailer for Europe, and every note and rating here comes from the brand's product data and handbook.

| Base | Patchouli, vanilla, musk | Earthy depth with a soft, clean sweetness |
Glitch is an extrait de parfum that the brand labels masculine. In our store it sits in the citrus family and in the collaborations collection. Mykonos gives its main accord as fruity, fresh spicy and woody.
What does Mykonos Glitch smell like at first? Citrus and charred pineapple
Charred pineapple
This is the unusual note in the list. Pineapple in perfume is juicy, sweet and slightly sharp. "Charred" adds the idea of fruit that has caught the grill: a darker, caramelised, faintly smoky edge on top of the juice. It keeps the fruit in Glitch from smelling like a cocktail. Our pineapple and mango perfume guide shows how differently the fruit can be handled.
Sicilian bergamot and grapefruit
Bergamot is the rounder of the two citrus notes, bright with a light floral bitterness. Grapefruit is sharper and more bitter, with a zesty bite. Together they give the opening its snap.
Apple
Apple adds a crisp, watery crunch between the citrus and the pineapple. It lightens the fruit without leading it.
The heart notes: lavender, artemisia and pink pepper
Lavender and artemisia
Lavender is aromatic and clean, more herbal than floral, and familiar from classic men's fragrances. Artemisia is a bitter green herb with a dry, almost silvery sharpness. Side by side they turn Glitch from a fruit scent into an aromatic one. See also our guide to lavender perfume.
Pink pepper
Pink pepper is the "fresh spicy" in the accord: bright, rosy and slightly fruity, with none of the heat of black pepper. It lifts the herbs and links back to the citrus on top.
Lily of the valley and dried jasmine
Lily of the valley is a cool, dewy white floral with a soapy cleanness. Jasmine is usually the richest of the white flowers; the "dried" in its name points to a quieter, less lush version. They smooth the edges of the herbs without making Glitch floral.
Why vanilla is listed twice, and what patchouli does
Vanilla, in the heart and in the base
Because vanilla appears in both layers, the sweetness does not arrive at the end as a separate chapter. It runs under the herbs from the middle onwards and ties the fruit to the base. The brand speaks of a hint of vanilla for subtle warmth; this is not a dessert scent.
Patchouli and musk
Patchouli is earthy, woody and slightly dark, like damp soil and dry leaves. It is the anchor of Glitch and the "woody" in the accord; it keeps the drydown from turning sugary. Musk is soft, clean and skin-like; it blurs the line between patchouli and vanilla and keeps the finish smooth.
How Glitch develops on skin, and when to wear it
The opening is the brightest part: bergamot, grapefruit, apple and the charred pineapple. Top notes fade first, so lavender, artemisia and pink pepper come through next and the scent turns aromatic and peppery, with vanilla starting to show. What stays is patchouli, vanilla and musk: earthy, softly sweet and clean. Mykonos sums the scent up as bright and unconventional.
The handbook rates Glitch strong for sillage and strong for projection, and Mykonos rates its longevity at 12+ hours; how long it lasts on you depends on skin and climate. It is listed for summer, and for daily wear, work and sport. With ratings like these, a little goes a long way in the heat.

Frequently asked questions
Does Mykonos Glitch smell like pineapple?
Pineapple is there from the first spray, as charred pineapple in the top, but it shares the opening with bergamot, grapefruit and apple and is followed by lavender, artemisia and pink pepper. Expect fruit with herbs and spice, not pineapple juice.
Is Glitch only for summer?
Summer is the season it is listed for. Beyond that it is a matter of taste.
Can women wear Mykonos Glitch?
The brand labels it masculine and it sits in our For Him collection, but a label is a guide, not a rule. Anyone who likes citrus, lavender and patchouli can wear it.
